1st day of school

As much as I was excited to get back on a schedule, it was still hard to send the boys off to school today. Randall did great. I had to make him come back and give me a hug goodbye when I dropped him off. They were outside on the playground still and he wanted to go play. Ivan was a little more cautious. He stayed holding my hand until it was time to go in the classroom. He didn't cry, I did, but he was strong. It is hard not to be the one protecting my boys from the world.
